closedUpload limit - Brazilian Website

Description
In the Brazilian Website (pt-br.libreoffice.org) is not possible anymore upload files higher than 8 mb. In the past it was possible and the limit was 15 mb. This information can be checked in the website ficheiros/uploads/pt-br-documents/magazine.

can not reproduce - no problem uploading files within the 15MB (15*1024*1024*1024 bytes) limit.
Maybe not the size is the limit, but the duration it takes? - please provide date and time of upload attempt, so I can look in logs....
Or can you tell how long the upload took?
FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP message: PHP Warning: POST Content-Length of 15729067 bytes exceeds the limit of 15728640→ so it uses the 15MB limit
see also the "dummy.pdf" I uploaded to assets - (just full of zeros, but a little more that 14MB in size)

I did the upload right now and it works. https://pt-br.libreoffice.org/assets/Uploads/PT-BR-Documents/Magazine/LM-ED14.pdf
If you can, I would like to know if you can see any log to check this, because Olivier and I tried to upload the file and didn't work. We tried on december 22 in the morning.

cannot find related errors in the log - all POST (i.e. submitting data to the site) access to /admin/assets have status code 200 on Dec 22, i.e. everything went OK from the site's perspective…
So unclear what was the cause - but as it works now, closing the ticket.
