As decided during the infra call in December, we will prefer using LDAP as SSO provider.
Therefore a VM with LDAP/Kerberos/Webinterface needs to be set up:

Mediawiki extension for Help and TDF wiki is located at: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:LDAP_Authentication

Depending on my time I would try to give to do the mediawiki migration if i get a testwiki / testvm / testenviroment.

that sounds like fun... ^^

So just for the reference ( i have a free week!) we do have a ldap server and it is possible to get single sign on now by infra - what is needed to get that feature installed in our two wikis? spamming in many tickets

No, not yet - we used FreeIPA with oVirt, maybe the former one is a
starting point
