Description
Kendy do want add rel parameter to links to the design wiki pages. https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Link_Attributes does work (tested locally) with the annotations on the discussion page.
Jan Holesovsky: do you want somethink like:
<a href="https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/mediawiki-announce" rel="nofollow" class="external text">MediaWiki release mailing list</a>
or do you want the publisher stuff in the head of the html code?
(ibelive i have a solution for both kinds!)

The Google+ said it needs <a href="https://plus.google.com/102673546895803839652" rel="publisher">Google+</a> - so a link in the page is enough I guess, but suspect that header would work too, so whatever is easiest for you :-)
Thank you again!

Code tested and updated, Mediawiki.org updated, and code finally put in the git repository. So now finally this has only to be installed at our wiki. :-p

I should have. I will check this week if i can get access. As you see I'm getting a few minutes spare time and want to improve the actual situation. Yesterday my spare time ranged only for the mediawiki.org part. This includes some interesting parts which will likely help me in future (also for the TDF projects). ^^

Thanks so much for this!
Unfortunately - now when I wanted to click the appropriate buttons in the G+ account, it turns out that Google has changed the requirements for the page evaluation; I'll open a separate request for that :-(
