We should organize an admin weekend in spring, e.g. at Linuxhotel, which could be combined with:
* Plone workshop (Andreas)
* Silverstripe webcast (Cloph #1161)
* plan dedicated admin workshops on specific topics incl. remote participation -> identify a few key projects to enable volunteers to get involved
* come up with a list of EasyHacks to follow-up
* interaction with documentation community to provide "starter" documentation for new admins
August 21-23 would be best, September 4-6 as alternative
