As we discussed, we have booked for everyone who gave feedback to Sophie

This obviously still an open topic as long as we have not stayed there, checked out and payed. (e.g. I will ask at some point about where the hotel is, how payment is done etc. and it makes zero sense to repeat that for each person staying there in individual mails, when it can be done in a issue tracker which preserves context and visibility).

Status quo is that Sophie has sent a list for in total 18 people, and I
just received the contract to confirm our reservation based on the dates
Sophie got.

Wrt. payment I try to arrange it upfront, as it would exceed my credit
card limit (and bears the risk the payment of such a large sum at once
is rejected anyways).

So, IMHO, it just requires me sending the contract back and arrange payment.
