closedTranslations got overwrttien by "System user"

Description
I was accepting some suggestion 3 days ago, and I wanted to copy them to the master branch by downloading each and running a script on them.
I downloaded the Lib5.0 file and the master file, merged them with msgmerge, and uploaded the output file directly to master. I noticed then that the "system user" user did overwrite on all of them with empty translations! Is that normal? If not, then what would be the problem? Is it because of templates?

Note: The files I downloaded from Pootle (Libo5.0-UI) project didn't contain the strings in the two links above, looks like Pootle update them from time to time.

sorry - this ticket kinda fell through the cracks / wasn't reassigned. But as I think there was related discussion on the mailinglist, things should be sorted out.
Back in the days there were some issues with fuzzy string handling and a bug in pootle that didn't properly sync strings that were changed using file uploads, so when the update against templates/export is done they were "untranslated" in the files, despite being translated in the database, but all those problems should be solved in the meantime.
As for that specific one: 5.0 projects have already been removed, thus closing this one.
