Downloading an extension touches the update date

Description

Since download count is stored in the extension record itself every time an extension is downloaded the extension is "updated".

This causes that the list on the homepage shows extensions that have not been updated recently, I would prefer to keep updated as "new version released".

Add a new model to count download and not touch LastEdited in Extensions and Releases.

Home page is not ordering by latest release by default.

Download numbers do not change LastEdited in Extensions and ExtensionReleases.

Dates in Extension uses Latest Release.
