Extensions archival is not working, the UI reports success but the extension is still public

Results of debug: The issue here is that the plugin that localises the extensions is overwriting the default behavior of archiving. It only archives the current locate which is not shown clearly in the UI.

My recommendation is to deactivate this overwrite and let the framework archive as default.

I will take an extra hour to find an elegant way to apply the change without editing the add-on itself, since it is out of system control. Otherwise I will comment out the function and document it
