Description
After moving content from the previous Plone-based server to the new extension site many extensions don't have a maintainer. And users ask into the void for bug fixes or improvements. An example is https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/extensions/show/gantt-chart-template#comment-4756
I suggest to add a clear warning at the page, for example an infobar on top, and archive those extensions eventually if no one volunteers to work on it. Could be something like "This extension is orphaned. Please contact foo@ to claim maintainership. The extension will be removed on 2024/12/31 otherwise."

R.O.C. TW. T.C.P Toolbar, AccessODF, ChinesePunctuationCn, ChinesePunctuationTw, AddPics... it's about 50%!
We discussed the topic in the design meeting and decided to not take down all unclaimed extensions but decided one by one, when comments indicate a serious issue. Plus, we do have contact info but did not use it during the transfer due to privacy concerns.
