Task #3797
openAccept full "Help->About" data from LibreOffice in Send Feedback URLs

Description
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=163735
LibreOffice's Help->Send Feedback produces URLs like https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/feedback/?LOversion=24.8.3.1&LOlocale=en-US&LOmodule=StartModule, which include the "LOversion", "LOlocale", "LOmodule". These are then used at least for creation of bug reports; but that information is not adequate - we always have to ask for the full "Help->About" data, when this could be automated.
The Redmine task is proposing to create a new URL query argument, where we could put the whole Help->About data (as created by the "clipboard" button there), likely in some URL-encoded (or Base64-encoded) form, to fit into a single argument. The important question is, is this info OK to send by default? I guess yes, because we don't put anything sensitive there, but of course it needs a definitive answer first. And the discussion of the argument name and data format is needed, to enable implement it on the core side (the Bugzilla issue is about it). Also, should the existing information be still sent along? I guess that at least LOversion is needed, because it goes to bug' Vesion metadata; but what about others? And maybe related - are they used in other destinations from the initial "Send Feedback" URL?
