Description

When an extension is updated is listed in the first page of results of the website.

Hence authors can abuse the system to show their extensions on first page, let's try to make it fair for everyone,

1. Order homepage by latest release. Changes in descriptions or such fields do not rerank extensions in homepage.
2. Be clear in Unpublished extensions report with new releases or changes in text fields.
3. Include a quick overview, what has changed in Unpublished extensions report.
4. Include quick action to publish without enter to detail page in Unpublished extension report.
