Task #2921

As discussed in the team meeting, the conference website should be optimized ahead of LibOCon It's not very appealing on the desktop, but used from the mobile, there are two issues: * the navigation takes too much space -> have a lightweigh navigation that scales properly or folds things into a small menu, like our main website * the tables don't scale well enough and the rows are hard to distinguish -> make the tables scalable, consider alternating line colors ("zebra striping") The most prominent use case is opening the website during LibOCon from the mobile (less often tablet or notebook) and checking the schedule. As a fallback, a proper PDF of the schedule could be an option, although optimizing the website directly is preferred meeting
