Description
As soon as Florian has published the ledgers, we should announce them to tdf-members@, projects@ and the blog (but not via formal PR)
We will publish ledgers up to May, and from then on regularly per month
While the form is rather fixed due to our accounting system, we're happy to incorporate community improvements wrt. the translations
Unsure whether we should publish German original and translated English ledgers, happy to do both
