During the LibreOffice Conference 2015 (first internal meetings September 21, last internal meetings September 26), we might only have very limited VPN connectivity available.
We need to come up with a VPN solution to give ~150 participants access, ideally unfiltered.

This involves:

1. Clarification with the local LibOCon team (contact via Sophie) what network restrictions apply to determine outgoing ports
2. Setting up and testing the VPN
3. Developing a mechanism to handing out individual credentials to every participant
4. Monitoring during the conference
