Description

After the large migration blocks have been dealt with, we should set proper DNS TTL values again for all domains - i.e. one day instead of five minutes.

We're ahead of a new big migration, so this takes a while until needed at all - let's close this ticket, we will stumble across DNS TTL a few times when editing the zone anyways
