So reading the blog and FAQ that will change our prices, we commission about 5% for now, sometimes less. Now it will be either 0% or 20%, maybe that should be discussed with the marketing project before I make the changes on the shop?

Sounds good to me, I'd probably to to the private marketing list.
I think some way to work around this is set 0% commission but add a
design fee, if I read the comments on their blog properly

Ok for the private marketing list. What disturb me by adding a fee on design is that we are using designs created by community members, maybe we should ask them if they agree with this sort of use of their design?

Good concern indeed - best is to discuss the matter quickly in today's
team call and then on the private markeitng list

I've changed the prices of the shop items to move the commission on the
designs instead of the 20% added to the items. I've added EUR 2,00 by
design and only add it to one design when there are two on one item
(T-shirt having the logo in front and the slogan behind for example).

Let me know if it's ok for you. I've checked with the Debian shop that
our prices are aligned with theirs.
