Description
Suggestion from Marina: create updated migration and training certificates, based on the design I created for JanI's "acknowledgement of participation" doc given to new developers.

Glad you like it! I've sent them to the committee now for feedback...
OK, only feedback from the committee was that Thorsten likes the green one. Marina, anything else I need to do here to make the new certificates official? Or can I close this now?
