Inserting new rows makes conditional formatting rules complicated
If conditional formatting is applied across spreadsheet, then Inserting a new row above screws up the conditional formatting rules. See screenshot. Previously I had 4 rules for D4:ZY585. I then inserted a new row above row 86, and I now have 8 rules. The conditional formatting applies to the region I want it to, but it is messy, and it gets more complicated if I were to insert another new row.
