We should brand our NC installation. First idea: blurred community picture in the background.

Personally, I find the image with the people in the background not really professional. I would expect something tighter for an office package.

I made a more modern background with a monitor with the logo off LibreOffice version 6. Dimensions of the original design is 5208 x 3467px.

At the request of Jan a file with less green in the background (Quick fix). Color of the logo changed from # CAEAC8 to # DCF1DA. Also a link to the original as PSD file with smart layers, On my Google Drive <https://drive.google.com/open?id=1YWzvvlHiVIlFQ0Mbqr0b5agvt1ot_6Pw> in a ZIP-file.

Thanks Piet for the new idea. Like the clean and slick design but maybe the LibreOffice within the display is too small.

With the migration to WebSSO (SAML 2.0) Nextcloud's login page is replaced with a redirection to the authentication portal https://auth.documentfoundation.org (unless the user is already authenticated). But it'd be great to brand that portal, too.

My plan is to relate this to task #2151, picking a frame from the moment of the chain "exploding" to the LibreOffice/TDF logo appears as the background image.
