Currently https://hub.docker.com/r/libreoffice/online/ gets updated every now and then by Andras Timar.

This should be done more regularly, best on a daily basis.

I would suggest we create a Jenkins job for that which just needs to call the docker/l10n-docker-nightly.sh in the 'online' repo. That will build LO and LO Online 'master' branch and push it to docker hub.

I would suggest creating a build slave with Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. That has recent enough Nodejs and Poco and should be able to build LO Online just fine.

The same build slave could then be used for task #2541 (Gerrit builder for 'online' repo).
