Increase the size of the dev-downloads VM to 200G

as pushing the symbols hit the out-of-diskspace condition, and more bibisect repos are pending to be added, I took care of it.

I created a new logical volume in the host's pool (dev-downloads-srv), and created a volume group vg_srvdata with a logical volume srv-lv in the guest for the /srv mountpoint.
