Stalled.

Need to reassess the need of a specific E-leaning support from TDF.

Reasons:
- Vast amount of YouTube video lessons created by the community, in all languages
- Availability of online User Guide, as offered direclty from TDF at

- Cost and risk of maintaining a Moodle instance secure
- People using Telegram and other IM channels for quick and fast learning track
