The Help page must be in the first level of Get Help menu (front page)

Description

Even though the Help (online help) page is on the Documentation menu, it is buried and is not so evident for the user.

Please put the Help (https://help.libreoffice.org) in the first level of the Get Help menu, maybe BEFORE the Documentation item. Since it is more likely to search for a particular issue and not to read a portion of any guide, this Help page MUST have precedence.

Also please do it in the Spanish version of the LibO front page. (And maybe for the other languages ;D )

The new design is easier to read, and the links are easier to find.
Kudos for that!

If the new design will take longer to be implemented, please, I insist
in putting the Online Help link now in the Get Help menu.
