Hi. I'm just reporting what was reported on LO IRC from a guest user a few days ago as you can see in the screenshot attached (the file name includes the date which is UTC-3)
This page: https://es.libreoffice.org/descarga/libreoffice/?type=deb-x86_64&version=7.4.7&lang=es
contains the following link (for the specified version and OS):
https://es.libreoffice.org/colabora/dl/deb-x86_64/7.4.7/es/LibreOffice_7.4.7_Linux_x86-64_deb.tar.gz
And that download link (among others for that particular LO version) are failing and redirecting, in this case, to here:

It was a mistake that 7.4.7 was still listed on the main DL page since it was already EOL and removed from the main mirrors.
If you need the release, you'll find it in our archive at
https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/
