Description
The current status is that you have to use a dropdown on the sidebar to edit different locales for the same extension, see image.
It is confusing to do it like that, because the button is not part of the form.
Instead do a UI change to include buttons on the top of the form, side by side the current EN badge, to know what locale you are editing.
Double check how this will work:
Changing tabs will cause losing changes in another locale?
If maintainer edit several locales at the same time how Save is gonna behave?

Envision a design like this and UX where each language is saved separately. Essentially the same as today bur instead of a dropdown with buttons that allow switching and indicate the states of currently selected (red) and activated (blue).
