Windows 4.3.0.0alpha1 (46cfcd5a05aa1d13fecd73f5a25b64b8d8dd6781) posted to pre-release is broken and not fit for use. See https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=77891

We are not doing ourselves any favors leaving it posted where users can download it. TB builds (TB-39, TB-42, and TB-47) are producing functional nightly builds but this "release" configured build needs to be removed or better replaced with a functional build.

alpha is meant to catch those errors, and raising the baseline always has risks. XP also is end of life, and thus nobody should use it anymore. We're still dedicated to support it though, otherwise we could have just changed the system requirements.
