Can you specify the exact positions where these buttons shall be placed?

I had limited the additions to the empty slots that were previously available before #638 was completed, but i guess the best thing is to implement everything at once. I've attached an xml of the standard toolbar. Please note that i have hidden the 'AutoSpellcheck' icon in the xml, which was supposed to be hidden after Spelling group button was created.
For the formatting toolbar, use the following

Also note that i've removed the single line spacing entry from the description, as that was a group button.

You forgot to add the formatting toolbar changes to the patch mentioned in note 10. :)
Also looked at the patch and helpid and toolbar:style entries werent in my xml, so this needs to be fixed. Also my xml didnt have the .uno:EditDoc entry in it. So please dont use my xml as is, as i guess my build is older. :)
