Design

Hi All,

I'm assuming most of you are familiar with my toolbar proposal for the removal of less used buttons and additional of more used buttons and creating group buttons for buttons of similar functionality at < https://www.libreoffice.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=81475 >, so i'm submitting this feature issue to begin the process of implementing it. Most of the research has been done and I have gotten a developer (Samuel Mehrbrodt) who will be assisting with it. Would appreciate any assistance from my peers.
