Description
In WRITER, I can't rotate a picture by increments, the only available options are ROTATE LEFT and ROTATE RIGHT. In MS office 2010, a picture has a handle which you can use to rotate the image in whatever way you desire.
Why did you file this as a design ticket?

I thought it was a feature not present in LibreOffice. Anyway, my bad, i will just delete this ticket.
You could add a description of what needs to be designed and requirements that need to be met.

This is not a design problem.
Implementing that feature needs several months of development work since huge parts of Writer need to be refactored.
Design team should be consulted when that work is done.
