Description

It's important for us to make it easier for new contributors to get involved in the project. This includes
  • Building LibreOffice and submitting patches
  • Participating in Hackfests
  • Promoting LibreOffice at events
  • etc...

This can serve as a parent bug for other activities, e.g. bug #777 -- making it easy for people to use one of our Hackfest VMs.

(I feel like this bug mostly fits into Marketing/Outreach, but feel free to move it elsewhere as you find appropriate)
