Task #1496
Updated by Florian Effenberger over 7 years ago
We should give up our own Our DNS aliases and fall back to the provider ones to make use of IPv6 DNS (and avoid manually tweaking glue records when IPs change). This also affects some external domains. need to be IPv6-enabled. Coordinate with Florian how to get that done. The DNS servers addresses are: * NS1.FIRST-NS.DE ns1.documentfoundation.org has address 213.239.242.238 * ROBOTNS2.SECOND-NS.DE ns1.documentfoundation.org has IPv6 address 2a01:4f8:0:a101::a:1 ns2.documentfoundation.org has address 213.133.105.6 * ROBOTNS3.SECOND-NS.COM ns2.documentfoundation.org has IPv6 address 2a01:4f8:d0a:2004::2 ns3.documentfoundation.org has address 193.47.99.3 ns3.documentfoundation.org has IPv6 address 2001:67c:192c::add:a3 A records are already set, but the glue records need updating, as they are IPv4-only at the moment.
