We currently have two main websites, www.libreoffice.org for The TDF website can need some polishing up The idea would be to host it inside the program and the community, and www.documentfoundation.org for the foundation entity LibO page design (For this ticket, Let's talk Monday during the TDF website is out of scope) team call about it What the TDF website should provide: * a quick overview Possible way of the foundation entity, its bodies, statutes and staff doing it: * a link renaming the "About us" top level to our annual reports and our monthly ledgers "Foundation" * quick access merging remaining documentfoundation.org content there * then redirect documentfoundation.org to our main projects, LibreOffice and DLP http://www.libreoffice.org/about-us/governance/ What needs doing is: * identifying doubled content that Florian's proposal is on LibO as well as TDF website ** samples: Advisory Board, governance * for this and other content decide whether it fits on to clone the TDF or the LibO website ** samples: certificaiton might go design to the LibO website, governance TDF instance, and mailing lists on the TDF website * drafting a start with new TDF website with the LibO layout ** graphic work is outside the scope of this ticket ** we can add distinctive graphics elements later on ** coordinate with Cloph to get a test instance ** Florian will then ACK the switchover Concrete items that are missing content from the current page: * a page that lists all good ecosystem participants who employ at least one certified person (developers/trainers/migrators) scratch. ** the expertise they can offer ** some additional information on how they support the community ** whether they are in the AB/sponsors ** the contact information of 1. the company and 2. individual developers with at least e-mail and phone plus website ** the countries and regions they are active in ** possibly logos (details to be clarified with Florian) ** That should be accompanied by an easy to read initial paragraph that's not too technical. ** An easy-to-fill form for companies to get added to that page.
