For our machines, we want to deploy TKmon as monitoring solution, to have a direct connection to the Thomas Krenn technical assistance and hardware replacement.
The scope of this ticket is to:
* identify services on all productive machines
* reflect that in TKmon
* saltify the setup
* document the installation
For the notification, we want:
* e-mail
* SMS (#1392)
* optionally Telegram (#1392)
Some things to include:
* DegradedEvent status
* amavisd status
* dev-downloads HTTP down notification
We should also take the chance to cleanup the cron/root mails when monitoring is setup.
