our BitPay importer doesn't work anymore, as they changed their CSV format. The new one is:

" Default Title fields:
"date","time","order id","invoice id","tx type","payout amount","payout currency","invoice price","invoice currency","exchange rate (<requested currency here>)","description" 

After that there should be some additional fields such as buyer data from time of purchase if it was included

examples of other titles: "agreeCheckbox","cityOfEmployment","jobTitle","employer","phoneNumber","zip","state","city","address2","address1","email","name" 

But we recommend dynamically parsing this information. "
