Based on user reports ( Bug 88400 - How big is the libreoffice download on the website? ), the Download Page is no longer showing sizes in reasonable units.
Cloph says that the page used to show the right sizes, so something must have (accidentally?) changed here.

output of rsync changed, so size was formatted as string with thousands separator that prevented converting to "nice" value.
Fixed.
