Description

As there are unfortunately recently often problems with the AskLibO page access, I had to read the message:

Service unavailable
This service is currently unavailable.
Please have a look at the list if this is a planned downtime. Otherwise please send a mail to

several times. What I do not understand is the part:

for my understanding is an email address, thus I cannot lead to a website with a list of planned downtimes. However, having the possibility to look at a website to see if there is currently a planned downtime is a very good idea. Being able to access such a website with one click is sufficiently good to check if a site is down by an other reason then for regular maintenance.

Expectation: A clearer message at when the site is down and ideally having a link leading to a website with information on planned maintenance time.

There is now this service available https://status.documentfoundation.org/. When there is planed downtime or an issue, it's noted there. Closing the ticket then.
