closedService unavailable - information difficult to understand

As there are unfortunately recently often problems with the AskLibO page access, I had to read the message:
Service unavailable
This service is currently unavailable.
Please have a look at the website@global.libreoffice.org list if this is a planned downtime. Otherwise please send a mail to hostmaster@documentfoundation.org
several times. What I do not understand is the part:

website@global.libreoffice.org for my understanding is an email address, thus it cannot lead to a website with a list of planned downtimes. However, having the possibility to look at a website to see if there is currently a planned downtime is a very good idea. Being able to access such a website with one click is sufficiently good to check if a site is down by an other reason then for regular maintenance.
Expectation: A clearer message at when the site is down and ideally having a link leading to a website with information on planned maintenance time.
