- identify people who did their first 2-3 EasyHacks (or more) and directly approach them to motivate them to go to the CoreHacks
- identify people in the Top100 of the last 12 month, who did not commit for more than 2 month and approach them on it, asking if we did something wrong, friendly nudging to contribute again
- similar tasks from the "read stats, talk to people who fell through the cracks" category
