Description
We would like to have a development mailing list for the Document Liberation Project. The list should be named devel@documentliberation.org, if possible. It should be possible to post to the list without registration.

A few questions:
- Shall this list be public or private?
- Shall it allow attachments?
- Is unmoderated posting a requirement?
If unmoderated postings are a requirement, we should host it at Freedesktop. Especially for unmoderated postings, we have a strict policy, to avoid issues like #526

No, it is not. The initial moderators should be Fridrich and myself.
