Still getting " no SDBC driver was found for the url sdbc://thunderbird ..." error with latest 64bit 5.0 and 5.1 builds running on win10 preview.

Tested as requested by ESC (and reported back). Bugzilla bug is https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=92792
Bug is still in ASSIGNED state, but I'll go ahead and test and check back with David.
