As for the last quarters, every staff member should blog about achievements in the past quarter. Please draft the content, share it with Florian privately, and set this ticket to Resolved then (not closed).
Cloph hasn't blogged in Q2015 at all, so the scope of this ticket is to cover all three quarters.

- for Pootle, please add that Dwayne Bailey, one of the Pootle authors, helped us with that
- "While still in its infancy" sounds a bit odd, maybe some nicer phrase
Italo, please also add some introduction statement to all these blogposts as we had them last year, with thanking donors, looking back to 2015 and awaiting an exciting 2016.
