Marketing

Looks great to me, just some changes:

- It is important to remember that phpList is providing a free account to The Document Foundation. => Thanks to phpList for offering us a free account.
- I'd slightly tone done the CeBIT block: "CeBIT is the largest German trade show, and most visitors already know the office suite or even use it. Even if the interest has been lower than in the past, several project members - Thorsten Behrens, Thomas Krumbein and myself - have had the opportunity to present LibreOffice at the open source area, thanks to the collaboration with CIB."
- Let's also add that we now have Mike. :-) "The Document Foundation is also proud to announce that Mike Saunders has been hired as Marketing Assistant mid-February. Mike is known for the famous feature videos he made for LibreOffice 5.1, and he has kicked off the Month of LibreOffice Contribution in May, amongst many other projects. Welcome on board, Mike!" (feel free to edit as you see fit)
- Maybe another paragraph about the marketing calls we plan to do regularly?

Date set to October 16 for Q3 blog post (title of ticket updated)

Any ETA? Fine if sometimes in Q4, but we obviously can't make October 16 anymore :-)

Of course, mid October was supposed to provide a report of the conference, which was done by posting images. I will provide a summary of community related activities in 2016 by early December, to report about marketing/community related activities during the year.
