bugzilla "clone this bug": big "LibreOffice" missing "cloned_bug_id=" parameter

Description

Open a bug in bugzilla.
Click on "clone this bug".
Click on the big "LibreOffice" near the top of the page.

The bug is not cloned, but a fresh blank bug is created.

Compare to:

Open a bug in bugzilla.
Click on "clone this bug".
Click on the smaller "LibreOffice" in the "All projects" list.

There, the bug is correctly cloned.

The reason is that the small "LibreOffice" link has a "&cloned_bug_id=NNNNN" parameter, but the big link on top doesn't.

fixed – now custom entries won't discard previous query parameters, also fixes https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/enter_bug.cgi?format=guided to keep using the guided form..
