Description

We should aim to install a stable LibreOffice online instance on our infrastructure. Primarily for internal use (board meetings, team calls, ESC meetings etc.), not for the general public in first place.

Re-scheduling that for Q3. We still have a chunk of urgent stuff for Q2, and there's an (external) instance in use for ESC meetings.
