the user has two accounts - raul and raulpacheco accounts can be merged if you tell me what should be the "surviving" one.

(has different permissions for language overall, and since you have dedicated ones for libo_help project, those override the generic ones).
Typically it is not necessary to configure project specific permissions, the language specific ones should be enough (unless you really want different access rights per project within your lang)

Drop "raulpacheco", keep "Raul"

user has been merged. Make sure to update permissins in pt-BR team accordingly
