Find a solution for the Wiki-License statement

Description
The license statement under the edit field contains HTML code which isn't displayed correctly. The same code is also used at the footer on every page and thus HTML code is needed.
(Assigning to me, if somebody has an idea or knows a solution, don't hesitate to post here)
