fix Mailman DNS issues with 450/550

Description

When mails bounce or get delayed with 450/550 error codes, the whole Mailman instance gets rather slow with delivery, even on non-affected lists; this should be fixed (maybe with a Mailman upgrade?) and needs some investigation
