Description

Time has come to add a new file to the Help project in Pootle and add it to the translation process...

The po file contains a few strings for the new Help UI (online and offline) and will also grow in the future. I imagine that it should belong to the "LibreOffice Master - Help" project in Pootle, but I'm not the expert here.

I wouldn't want to have the help repository mix files generated by "make translations" and some "random" files. So please get it into the core repository/have it be part of the sources, then you'll get that automatically.
