Start site is outdated, boring, and not transporting the community idea
Ideally we have a recognizable look and feel but a clear distinction between LibreOffice and TDF
Sub sites should be clearly related by same look and feel

Team meeting:
- proposal to go to SilverStripe community
- need more flexible menu structure, easy-to-customise footer, responsive design
- get mockups from LO and SilverStripe communities, with different layouts
- combine with requirements to create a tender for 2020 budget (how much did the last redesign cost?)
- project to take around 1 year - have something ready for 2020 conference
- do a rebranding/logo redesign at the same time? Separate TDF logo?
- AI Mike in the meantime: change the carousel on the front page
