Description
The Redmine e-mails have lots of fields, but the due date is missing
Can you have a look if we can add this to the template?

Done. Had to patch the source https://github.com/redmine/redmine/blob/4.0.5/app/helpers/issues_helper.rb#L314 . Earlier versions had a completely different logic (cf. for instance https://www.redmine.org/boards/2/topics/38572 ) so I'm a little concerned this won't scale in future upgrades. But the worst that can happen is that the new field might disappear on upgrade (if say, the patch doesn't apply anymore), which is by no means critical.

FWIW as of 4.1 (released two days ago) this is officially supported, cf. https://www.redmine.org/issues/13307 . As usual we'll hold the upgrade 4.0.x → 4.1.y for a little while though so the plugins have time to catch up (the 4.0.5 → 4.1 upgrade path I tested wasn't glitch-less indeed).
